कब्रिस्तान भूमि को नुकसान पहुंचाने की शिकायत पर पुलिस का एक्शन, पीआई प्रशांत कमलाकर ने मौके पर पहुंचकर किया निरीक्षण खुल्ताबाद | प्रतिनिधि मीर नकी मकबरा क्षेत्र स्थित प्राचीन कब्रिस्तान की भूमि को कथित रूप से नुकसान पहुंचाने तथा बिना आवश्यक अनुमति के निर्माण कार्य किए जाने की शिकायत पर खुल्ताबाद पुलिस ने त्वरित संज्ञान लिया। शिकायत प्राप्त होने के बाद पुलिस निरीक्षक (पीआई) श्री प्रशांत कमलाकर माने स्वयं मौके पर पहुंचे और स्थल का निरीक्षण कर स्थिति का जायजा लिया। मुख्य संपादक, कॉस्मो एक्सप्रेस दैनिक समाचार पत्र, चिश्ती अज़हरुद्दीन द्वारा पुलिस थाना खुल्ताबाद में दी गई शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि मीर नकी मकबरा के पीछे एन.के. कंस्ट्रक्शन के संचालक निसार खान द्वारा निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है। निर्माण स्थल के समीप बनी बेगम बाग के पीछे स्थित प्राचीन एवं बड़े कब्रिस्तान क्षेत्र की भूमि को कथित रूप से नुकसान पहुंचाया गया है तथा लगभग 100 से 150 कब्रों को ध्वस्त किए जाने का आरोप भी लगाया गया है। इस घटना से स्थानीय नागरिकों एवं मुस्लिम समाज की धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत होने की बात कही गई है। शिकायत में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि संबंधित निर्माण कार्य के लिए वक्फ बोर्ड से आवश्यक अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) प्राप्त नहीं किया गया है। साथ ही, बनी बेगम बाग प्रबंधन द्वारा पूर्व में संबंधित पक्ष को बाग की सीमा से 100 मीटर के दायरे में किसी प्रकार का निर्माण कार्य न करने के निर्देश दिए गए थे। इसके बावजूद निर्माण कार्य जारी रखे जाने का आरोप लगाया गया है। शिकायतकर्ताओं का कहना है कि संबंधित भूमि का मामला न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है। ऐसी स्थिति में निर्माण कार्य जारी रखना न्यायिक प्रक्रिया एवं कानून के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन हो सकता है। उन्होंने मांग की है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराई जाए तथा यदि कोई अनियमितता या कानून का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है तो संबंधित ठेकेदार एवं जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस निरीक्षक श्री प्रशांत कमलाकर माने ने तत्काल घटनास्थल का दौरा किया, संबंधित पक्षों से जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा मामले में आवश्यक जांच एवं आगे की विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया। स्थानीय नागरिकों का कहना है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति या ठेकेदार कानून से ऊपर नहीं है और धार्मिक स्थलों एवं कब्रिस्तान की भूमि की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी है। अब सभी की निगाहें प्रशासन की आगामी कार्रवाई पर टिकी हुई हैं। Police Take Action on Complaint of Damage to Graveyard Land; PI Prashant Kamalakar Inspects Site Khuldabad | Correspondent Khuldabad Police have taken swift cognizance of a complaint alleging damage to a historic graveyard and unauthorized construction activity in the Mir Naqi Maqbara area. Following the complaint, Police Inspector (PI) Mr. Prashant Kamalakar Mane personally visited the site and conducted an inspection to assess the situation. According to a complaint submitted to Khuldabad Police Station by Chishti Azharuddin, Editor-in-Chief of Cosmo Express Daily Newspaper, construction work is allegedly being carried out behind the Mir Naqi Maqbara by Nisar Khan, proprietor of N.K. Construction. It has been alleged that land belonging to a large and ancient graveyard located behind Bani Begum Bagh has been damaged during the construction work, and approximately 100 to 150 graves have reportedly been demolished. The complainants stated that the incident has hurt the religious sentiments of local residents and members of the Muslim community. The complaint further alleges that the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Waqf Board was not obtained for the construction work. It is also claimed that the management of Bani Begum Bagh had previously instructed the concerned party not to undertake any construction activity within a 100-meter radius of the heritage site. Despite these directions, the construction work is alleged to have continued. The complainants have also stated that the land in question is currently a matter under judicial consideration. Under such circumstances, continuing construction work may amount to a violation of legal procedures and court-related processes. They have demanded an impartial investigation and strict legal action against the contractor and any responsible individuals if any irregularities or violations of law are found. Considering the seriousness of the allegations, Police Inspector Mr. Prashant Kamalakar Mane immediately visited the site, gathered information from the concerned parties, and assured that a proper inquiry would be conducted and further action would be taken in accordance with the law. Local residents have emphasized that no individual or contractor is above the law and that protecting religious sites and graveyard land is the responsibility of the administration. All eyes are now on the authorities and their forthcoming action in the matter.
