कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर कथित अवैध काम का मामला: एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन पर गंभीर आरोप, पुलिस व प्रशासन ने शुरू की जांच खुल्ताबाद | प्रतिनिधि श्री संजय जाधव खुलताबाद मीर नकी मकबरा क्षेत्र स्थित कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर कथित अवैध निर्माण को लेकर विवाद गहराता जा रहा है। कॉसमॉस एक्सप्रेस टीम द्वारा मामले की पड़ताल किए जाने पर कई महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य सामने आए हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार, एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन द्वारा तहसील कार्यालय में केवल कार्य करने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था, लेकिन तहसीलदार कार्यालय की ओर से किसी भी प्रकार की निर्माण अनुमति जारी नहीं की गई है। ऐसे में संबंधित काम कार्य को लेकर गंभीर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। स्थानीय नागरिकों का आरोप है कि बिना वैध अनुमति के निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है, जो कानून और संविधान की भावना के विपरीत है। कॉसमॉस एक्सप्रेस टीम का कहना है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति या संस्था कानून से ऊपर नहीं है। यदि निर्माण कार्य करना है तो संबंधित विभागों से आवश्यक अनुमति प्राप्त कर संविधान और कानून के दायरे में रहकर कार्य करना अनिवार्य है। इस मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के लिए पुलिस निरीक्षक (पीआई) श्री प्रशांत कमलाकर का नागरिकों ने आभार व्यक्त किया है। शिकायत प्राप्त होते ही उन्होंने मौके का निरीक्षण कर आगे की जांच शुरू कर दी है। वहीं तहसीलदार कार्यालय द्वारा भी मामले में पूर्ण सहयोग किया जा रहा है तथा नगर परिषद के मुख्याधिकारी (सीईओ) को पत्र भेजकर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, यदि जांच में नगर परिषद के किसी कर्मचारी की भूमिका या लापरवाही सामने आती है तो उनके विरुद्ध भी एफआईआर दर्ज की जा सकती है। शिकायतकर्ताओं ने यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि निर्माण कार्य के दौरान बिना अनुमति कई बड़े पेड़ों को काटा और जलाया गया, जिससे पर्यावरण को नुकसान पहुंचा है। साथ ही कब्रिस्तान क्षेत्र की हरियाली और प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य को भी क्षति पहुंचने का दावा किया गया है। नागरिकों ने बताया कि इस संबंध में वन विभाग को भी शिकायत दी जाएगी, ताकि पर्यावरणीय नुकसान और पेड़ों की कटाई की निष्पक्ष जांच हो सके। फिलहाल पुलिस, राजस्व प्रशासन और संबंधित विभाग पूरे मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं तथा जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर कथित अवैध निर्माण का मामला: एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन पर गंभीर आरोप, पुलिस व प्रशासन ने शुरू की जांच Alleged Illegal work on Graveyard Land Serious Allegations Against NK Construction, Police and Administration Launch Investigation Khuldabad | Correspondent Mr sanjay jadhav A controversy has intensified over alleged illegal work on graveyard land located in the Mir Naqi Maqbara area. During an investigation conducted by the Cosmos Express team, several important facts reportedly came to light. According to available information, NK Construction had only submitted an application to the Tehsil office seeking permission to undertake the work. However, the Tehsildar's office has allegedly not granted any formal approval for the construction. This has raised serious questions regarding the legality of the ongoing work. Local residents have alleged that construction activities are being carried out without valid permission, which is contrary to the rule of law. The Cosmos Express team stated that no individual or organization is above the law. If any construction work is to be undertaken, it must be carried out within the framework of the Constitution and applicable laws after obtaining all necessary permissions from the concerned authorities. Residents expressed their appreciation to Police Inspector (PI) Shri Prashant Kamalakar for taking prompt action in the matter. Upon receiving the complaint, he reportedly visited the site and initiated further investigation. The Tehsildar's office is also said to be fully cooperating, and a letter has been sent to the Chief Officer (CEO) of the Municipal Council seeking appropriate action. Sources further stated that if the investigation reveals the involvement, negligence, or misconduct of any Municipal Council employee, an FIR may also be registered against the concerned officials. Complainants have additionally alleged that several large trees were cut down and burned without permission during the course of the construction work, causing environmental damage. They also claim that the greenery and natural beauty of the graveyard area have been adversely affected. Citizens stated that a complaint will also be submitted to the Forest Department so that an impartial inquiry can be conducted into the alleged environmental damage and unauthorized destruction of trees. At present, the police, revenue authorities, and other concerned departments are investigating the matter, and further action is expected based on the findings of the inquiry.
