कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर कथित अवैध निर्माण का मामला: एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन पर वक्फ बोर्ड का शिकंजा, पुलिस-प्रशासन ने तेज की जांच खुलताबाद | प्रतिनिधि : संजय जाधव खुलताबाद स्थित मीर नकी मकबरा क्षेत्र के पीछे स्थित कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर कथित अवैध निर्माण कार्य को लेकर विवाद गहराता जा रहा है। इस मामले में अब महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ बोर्ड की भी एंट्री हो चुकी है और बोर्ड ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जांच एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई के संकेत दिए हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार, महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ बोर्ड के उपमुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (डिप्टी सीईओ) श्री मोहश्शिर साहब ने जिल्हा वक्फ अधिकारी को मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। शिकायतकर्ताओं का दावा है कि जांच पूरी होने के बाद संबंधित पक्षों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। कॉसमॉस एक्सप्रेस टीम द्वारा मामले की पड़ताल किए जाने पर कई महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य सामने आए हैं। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन द्वारा तहसील कार्यालय में केवल कार्य करने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया था, लेकिन तहसीलदार कार्यालय की ओर से किसी प्रकार की निर्माण अनुमति जारी नहीं की गई है। ऐसे में संबंधित निर्माण कार्य की वैधता को लेकर गंभीर प्रश्न उठ रहे हैं। स्थानीय नागरिकों का आरोप है कि बिना वैध अनुमति के निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है, जो कानून और प्रशासनिक नियमों के विरुद्ध है। नागरिकों का कहना है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति, संस्था या ठेकेदार कानून से ऊपर नहीं है तथा किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण कार्य संबंधित विभागों की अनुमति प्राप्त करने के बाद ही किया जाना चाहिए। इस मामले में त्वरित संज्ञान लेने के लिए नागरिकों ने पुलिस निरीक्षक प्रशांत कमलाकर का आभार व्यक्त किया है। शिकायत प्राप्त होने के बाद उन्होंने मौके का निरीक्षण कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। वहीं तहसीलदार कार्यालय द्वारा भी आवश्यक सहयोग किया जा रहा है तथा नगर परिषद के मुख्याधिकारी (सीईओ) को पत्र भेजकर उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, यदि जांच के दौरान नगर परिषद के किसी कर्मचारी की भूमिका, लापरवाही अथवा नियमों के उल्लंघन की पुष्टि होती है, तो संबंधित व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई तथा एफआईआर दर्ज की जा सकती है। शिकायतकर्ताओं ने यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि निर्माण कार्य के दौरान बिना अनुमति कई बड़े पेड़ों की कटाई की गई तथा उन्हें जलाया गया, जिससे पर्यावरण को नुकसान पहुंचा है। साथ ही कब्रिस्तान क्षेत्र की हरियाली और प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य को भी क्षति पहुंचने का दावा किया गया है। नागरिकों ने बताया कि इस संबंध में वन विभाग को भी शिकायत प्रस्तुत की जाएगी, ताकि पेड़ों की कटाई और पर्यावरणीय नुकसान की निष्पक्ष जांच हो सके। फिलहाल पुलिस, राजस्व प्रशासन, वक्फ बोर्ड तथा अन्य संबंधित विभाग पूरे मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं। जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। (नोट: समाचार में लगाए गए आरोप शिकायतकर्ताओं एवं संबंधित पक्षों के दावों पर आधारित हैं। मामले की जांच जारी है और अंतिम निष्कर्ष संबंधित विभागों की रिपोर्ट के बाद ही स्पष्ट होंगे।) वैकल्पिक दमदार हेडलाइन: मीर नकी कब्रिस्तान भूमि विवाद: वक्फ बोर्ड हुआ सक्रिय, एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन जांच के घेरे में बिना अनुमति निर्माण के आरोपों से घिरा एनके कंस्ट्रक्शन, वक्फ बोर्ड ने मांगी रिपोर्ट कब्रिस्तान भूमि पर निर्माण विवाद गहराया, वक्फ बोर्ड और प्रशासन ने कसी निगरानीCase of alleged illegal construction on cemetery land: Waqf Board's noose on NK Construction, police-administration intensified investigation Khultabad Representative: Sanjay Jadhav The controversy is deepening over the alleged illegal construction work on the cemetery land located behind the Mir Naqi tomb area in Khultabad. Local citizens allege that construction work is being done without valid permission, which is against the law and administrative rules. Citizens say that no person, institution or contractor is above the law and any type of construction work should be done only after obtaining permission from the concerned departments.
