Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has been sentenced to three months in jail by a Mumbai court for a cheque bounce case involving Rs 2.38 lakhs from 2018. The court also ordered him to pay Rs 3,72,219 in compensation and issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Varma's failure to appear in court.
