गायरण भूमि से मिलेगा आशियाना: घरकुल लाभार्थियों की जमीन समस्या 15 दिनों में सुलझाने के निर्देश मुंबई/छत्रपति संभाजीनगर | प्रतिनिधि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) एवं राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न आवास योजनाओं के तहत घरकुल स्वीकृत होने के बावजूद भूमि उपलब्ध न होने से लंबित पड़े लाभार्थियों को जल्द राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है। महसूल मंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे ने छत्रपति संभाजीनगर जिल्हा के ऐसे पात्र लाभार्थियों को गायरण भूमि आवंटित करने की प्रक्रिया में आ रही सभी बाधाओं को 15 दिनों के भीतर दूर करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मंत्रालय में आयोजित एक विशेष बैठक में विधायक विलास भुमरे, महसूल एवं गृहनिर्माण विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी, छत्रपति संभाजीनगर के जिल्हाधिकारी तथा संबंधित विभागों के अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। बैठक में उन मामलों की समीक्षा की गई, जिनमें घरकुल स्वीकृत होने के बावजूद भूमि के अभाव में आवास निर्माण कार्य रुका हुआ है। बैठक के दौरान महसूल मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि पात्र लाभार्थियों को शीघ्र भूमि उपलब्ध कराकर आवास निर्माण का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया जाए, ताकि गरीब एवं जरूरतमंद परिवारों का अपने घर का सपना जल्द साकार हो सके। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि भूमि की अनुपलब्धता के कारण किसी भी पात्र लाभार्थी को सरकारी आवास योजना के लाभ से वंचित नहीं रहने दिया जाएगा। Shelter Through Grazing Land Instructions Issued to Resolve Land Issues of Housing Scheme Beneficiaries Within 15 Days Mumbai/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar | Correspondent Beneficiaries whose houses have been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) and various state government housing schemes but remain pending due to the unavailability of land are expected to receive relief soon. Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has directed officials to remove all obstacles in the process of allotting grazing land (Gairan land) to eligible beneficiaries in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district within 15 days. A special meeting held at the Mantralaya was attended by MLA Vilas Bhumre, senior officials from the Revenue and Housing Departments, the District Collector of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and other concerned officials. The meeting reviewed cases where housing projects had been sanctioned but construction work remained stalled due to the lack of land. During the meeting, the Revenue Minister instructed officials to ensure that eligible beneficiaries are provided land at the earliest so that housing construction can commence without delay. He emphasized that no deserving beneficiary should be deprived of the benefits of government housing schemes due to the non-availability of land, and that the dream of owning a home for poor and needy families should be fulfilled as soon as possible.
