खुलताबाद | प्रतिनिधि (संजय जाधव) खरीफ सीजन शुरू होने से पहले सरकार की ऑनलाइन खाद बिक्री नीति के कारण किसानों को हो रही परेशानियों को देखते हुए बाजार सावंगी के ग्राम पंचायत सदस्य एवं सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अरुण गायकवाड़ ने खुलताबाद तहसीलदार को मांगपत्र सौंपकर ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था बंद कर पूर्व की तरह ऑफलाइन खाद बिक्री प्रणाली शुरू करने की मांग की है। ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि कई किसानों के पास स्मार्टफोन नहीं हैं तथा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी प्राप्त करने में भी कठिनाई आती है, जिससे खाद खरीद प्रक्रिया पूरी करने में परेशानी हो रही है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में वेबसाइट और मोबाइल ऐप बार-बार बंद होने या तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया प्रभावित हो रही है। इंटरनेट और नेटवर्क की समस्याओं के चलते किसानों का समय भी बर्बाद हो रहा है। इसके अलावा खरीफ सीजन के दौरान खाद की समय पर उपलब्धता नहीं होने से किसानों की चिंता बढ़ गई है। यदि समय पर खाद नहीं मिली तो बुवाई पर गंभीर प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। मृग नक्षत्र शुरू हुए चार-पांच दिन बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक पर्याप्त बारिश नहीं हुई है, जिससे किसानों की चिंता और बढ़ गई है। अरुण गायकवाड़ ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि किसानों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से देखते हुए पूरे तालुका में तत्काल पूर्ववत ऑफलाइन खाद बिक्री व्यवस्था शुरू की जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि मांगों पर जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो आंदोलन किया जाएगा। इस संबंध में ज्ञापन की प्रतियां जिला कलेक्टर, छत्रपति संभाजीनगर, तालुका कृषि अधिकारी खुलताबाद तथा पंचायत समिति खुलताबाद के समूह विकास अधिकारी को भी भेजी गई हैं। ज्ञापन पर अरुण गायकवाड़ के साथ कलीम पठाण और वीरेंद्र वाघ के हस्ताक्षर भी हैं। Demand to Stop Online Fertilizer Sales and Restore Offline System; Gram Panchayat Member Arun Gaikwad Submits Memorandum to Tehsildar Khultabad | Correspondent (Sanjay Jadhav) With the Kharif season approaching, farmers are facing significant difficulties due to the government's online fertilizer sales policy. In response, Arun Gaikwad, Gram Panchayat member of Bazar Sawangi and social activist, submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar of Khultabad demanding that the online fertilizer sales system be discontinued and the previous offline sales system be restored. In the memorandum, Gaikwad stated that many farmers do not own smartphones and often face difficulties receiving OTPs on their registered mobile numbers, making it challenging to complete the fertilizer purchase process. He also pointed out that frequent technical glitches and interruptions on websites and mobile applications in rural areas are causing delays in registration. Poor internet connectivity and network issues are further wasting farmers’ valuable time. Additionally, the memorandum highlighted concerns over the untimely supply of fertilizers at a crucial stage of the Kharif season. Farmers are increasingly worried that delays in fertilizer availability could seriously affect sowing activities. Although the Mrig Nakshatra period began four to five days ago, adequate rainfall has still not been received, adding to farmers’ concerns. Arun Gaikwad urged the administration to take the matter seriously and immediately reinstate the offline fertilizer distribution system across the taluka. He warned that if the demand is not addressed promptly, an agitation will be launched. Copies of the memorandum have also been submitted to the District Collector of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the Taluka Agriculture Officer of Khultabad, and the Block Development Officer of Panchayat Samiti Khultabad. The memorandum bears the signatures of Arun Gaikwad, along with Kalim Pathan and Virendra Wagh.
